What items do you deliver?

GC Holiday Hire will deliver fresh pressed hotel style comercial bed linen, for your accommodation.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver these items to properties in central Gold Coast from Broadbeach to Palm Beach depending on the size of the order and if your are a regular client – contact us to see if we deliver to your location.

Who do you deliver to?

We provide our linen hire and laundry service to holiday home owners, housekeepers/cleaners, cleaning compaines, Airbnb managers, real-estates, resorts and hotels. We do not deliver to highrise or low rise buildings unless you are the onsite manager.

When do you deliver & pick up?

We deliver 5 days a week between 10.00am – 2.00pm, in between the check out and check in times of most accommodation providers.( can deliver early if required)

Do I have to be there when you deliver?

No you do need to be onsite to receive your order. We can leave it inside the gate,door step for airbnb holiday groups, for motels and resorts we will require a fob for acess. How it works is we do a ‘swap over’ on your next order, i.e we pick up the used linen and drop off a fresh new batch  at the same time.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes we have a $100 minimum order.

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes we charge a small fee of $14 to drop off your fresh linen and pick up your dirty linen order.(this includes drop off and pick up)

How do we order?

Order linen by selecting your Indvidual linen requirements.

What methods of payments are accepted?

We accept payment through Visa, Mastercard, Paypal & EFT. There is a small 2% processing fee with all orders

How much notice do I need before I can receive my linen?

At least 3 business days for new client orders. All existing clients we required 2 business days notice for weekly deliveries.

Am I penalised if the order is not returned on the agreed time and date?

We need to receive the linen back on the day your guests check out as linen can turn moldy. There may be extra charges apply if not returned on the agreed date.

Is your linen professionally cleaned?

Yes, all of our linen is professionally commercially cleaned, laundered and pressed to be compliant with Australian Standards.

Can I pick up Linen?

No sorry we only do delivery.
